How long will my order take to ship?

My current processing time is currently 3-4 business days. Shipping times will vary based on what shipment method you select at checkout.

What do I do if my package is missing?

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number. After your package is dropped off at USPS, I am no longer responsible for any issues in shipping delays or stolen packages.

What items can I return? 

  • You may returned items that have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

How do I start the return process?

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided

How long does a refund take?

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your card.

Help! I received a defective/broken product!

If you receive a defective product, please contact me ASAP. I will send you a replacement product and refund the cost of the item purchased.
